




I made these treat bags using the Splitcoaststampers tutorial. These are very simple to do and they don't take much time or materials. Fill with anything you want.
As for the paper, I got some at Big Lots, some at Michaels, and some at a local craft store. What I did was stamp on the paper to make a better paper. So I took a plain striped sheet in the first one and stamped swirls and hearts all over them. Second one, I took plain plaid paper and stamped swirls and hearts all over it. Third one, I took a plain flowered print paper and stamped the saying and lips all over it. Thanks for looking.
